College Hostel 

The college provides separate residential facility in each hostel for men and women students in the campus and can accommodate nearly 120 students. Students who desire to stay in hostel have to print a cash deposit against mess and other charges.

Principal is the Chief Warden of the hostels. Each hostel is having separate resident wardens who look after the administration of the hostels with the help of chief Deputy Warden

Hostel Rules

  1. The Chief Deputy Warden is vested with powers to regulate the hostel admission and to enforce general discipline in the hostels.
  2. The Chief Deputy Warden may refuse admission to any member and may dismiss any member without assigning any reason if it is necessary for the smooth operation of the hostel.
  3. Inmates of the hostels should maintain strict discipline and at the time of admission will have to give an undertaking that they will abide by the rules and regulations of the hostel issued from time to time.
  4. Resident Warden of the hostel will act as the local guardian of the inmates of that hostel.
  5. No student is permitted to vacate the hostel with out permission of parent.
  6. At the end of every year, the hostel membership is terminated and all the inmates will have to handover their room keys with the furniture, fittings etc. intact.
  7. Admission to the hostel and the allotment of the rooms for subsequent year will start one day prior to the reopening of the college.
  8. While going outside the hostel premises, the inmates should maintain discipline and keep up the prestige of the college. If complaints are received from the public about misbehavior, severe disciplinary action including expulsion form the hostel/ college will be taken against the erring inmates.
  9. Inmates are not permitted to organize any picnic or pleasure trip without the permission of the authorities. Any unauthorized meeting/activities will be viewed seriously.
  10. Outsiders are not allowed to stay in hostels.
  11. Allotment of rooms shall be made the warden.
  12. The inmates are responsible for the care of the furniture and fittings in their respective rooms. For any loss or damage, the inmates will be penalized and cost of such articles will be recovered from them.
  13. In addition to the mess bill, the inmates will have to remit the establishment charges as fixed by the management from time to time.
  14. The monthly accounting period is from 21st of month to 20th of next month. The monthly bills will be normally be displayed on the 28th of every month. Mess charges will be due from the date of publication of this bill. The inmates shall pay the mess charges and other charges, if any, within 10 days of the publication of the bill. Thereafter, a fine of Rs.5/- per day will be levied. Those who fail to pay the bill within 20 days of the publication will be declared as defaults and they will expelled from hostel.

A defaulter who does not settle the bill within 20 days of the publication of the bill be expelled from the hostel and such inmates will be readmitted only after getting personal undertaking from his/her parent. Readmission fee will also be collected from these people. The inmates shall not issue orders to the hostel employees or interfere in their work Complaints if any have to brought to the notice of deputy chief warden/ Resident.
